Here’s the booklet for the spring 2016 cleanse. The first week involves preparing mind, body and environment via simple self-care practices such as getting enough sleep and reducing/eliminating caffeine. Give it a try! The second week revolves around a monodiet and restorative practices, and week three focuses on incorporating more balance into everyday life and maintaining the practices you’ve established in previous weeks.
