• Why should athletes practice yoga?

    Most of you have been practicing yoga for a couple of months now.  Can you better answer the question, “What is yoga?”  Have you noticed a difference in your athletic performance or the condition of your mind or body?  If you have not, are you actually participating in the yoga sessions or are you just messing around with your friends?  Most yoga experts agree that two or three yoga practices per week is the ideal number for establishing the results you seek.  Today, in response to some of the questions you have asked along the way, I would like to provide a list of potential benefits and professional athletes who practice yoga.
