    Mango Papaya Salsa


    • 1 fresh mango
    • 1 sunrise papaya
    • ½ onion
    • 1 medium lime
    • 1/3 cup of cilantro or basil, finely chopped


    1. Cube the mango and papaya.
    2. Chop the onion into small pieces.
    3. Mix mango, papaya, onion, and cilantro and squeeze the lime juice on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes minimum and serve.

    This is good on top of fish or quinoa.
