There is no one way to be. There is no one way to have a healthier body image. Any workshop that teaches you how to be, what to do to look good, or what to eat will only take you away from what will truly work for you. That’s why in this ret
reat we will not teach you what to eat or what exercise you need to do. Instead, YOU will learn WHAT YOUR BODY TRULY LOVES! We will teach you how you can ask your body what it needs at any given time to make you happy, fulfilled, loved, content, sexy andsensual. Beauty and awesomeness come in all different sizes, shapes, and colors. We teach you the key ingredients for you to really feel fabulous in your own body. When you are deeply content in your body, and your needs are met, it radiates in all aspects of your lives. Your relationship not only with your body but also with your romantic partner, colleagues, family, friends, and even money will improve as well!

This retreat is deliciously designed to help women be fully reconnected and develop healthier relationships with their bodies. Through well-crafted activities, yoga and other healthy exercises and body movements, meditations, meaningful conversations, safe small group discussions, fun workshops, and other pampering self-care acts, participants will discover what their bodies truly love. They will learn helpful techniques on how to get to know their body better and what kind of food and exercise that is good for them, based on the type of body they have. Everyone is different. It is time to honor our body and listen to what it truly loves!

The goal of this retreat is to help participants feel rejuvenated, in love, proud, and confident about themselves and their bodies. They will have a healthier and juicier body image and a meaningful sense of self.

 

The retreat fee includes:

  • 7 days and six nights accommodation
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea 
  • Daily meditation
  • Daily yoga
  • Workshops on body image, nutrition, sensuality, and everything about the body
  • One 10-minute foot massage
  • 15% off spa services
  • Two scheduled excursions to local temple and sightseeing

Daily Schedule:

7-8am: Breakfast

9-10am: Morning Yoga

10:15-10:45: Meditation

11:00-1:00 Workshop I

1:00-2:00 Lunch

2:00-3:15 Workshop II/Smaller group activities

3:30-5:30 Some days excursions, some other days, free time

6:00-7:00 Dinner

8:00-9:00 Evening Yoga

Location:  OM Ham Resort & Retreat in Ubud, Bali

Nearest airport is Denpasar International Airport (DPS); transportation between hotel and airport not included.

Non-refundable registration fee: $250.
